Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know.
What material is it made from?
100% natural solid pine
Can the wood vary from one piece to another?
Yes. Variations in tone, grain and small markings are natural characteristics of the wood. They are not defects and make every piece subtly different.
What type of light does it use?
Concealed warm-white rear LED strip; indirect wall lighting with no front-facing light points.
How is the light powered and controlled?
5 V power through a USB port
How does shipping work?
France: estimated arrival in 3–10 business days from your order date. USA: about 1–2 weeks from your order date. Both include preparation and shipping. Timing may vary depending on your address and customs clearance.
What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
If your light arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us with your order number and, if possible, photos of the product and parcel. We will help with a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate to the situation and your applicable rights. This also applies to personalized lights. Accidental damage or misuse after delivery is not transit damage; contact us to discuss possible solutions.
For a quality defect, an error caused by ORAWOOD or damage in transit, ORAWOOD covers return shipping and provides the return instructions. For a change-of-mind return of a non-personalized light, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs.
